The heir of an ancient glass-making institution, Abate Zanetti is the meeting point between the past and the future of glass art.
Abate Zanetti has two souls. The first is the educational one, that draws on its origins and is expressed through the organization, coordination and promotion of highly innovative educational activities. These ones include a number of courses on the methods of both traditional and contemporary artistic working of glass, as well as on general topics connected to technology, design, and marketing. The second soul, in continuity with the first, is the productive one, a natural evolution aimed at creating new opportunities in a market that is always asking for new solutions.
Abate Zanetti is now a centre of excellence for the production, research and experimentation on cutting-edge glass art and design techinques, and it is able to create glass artworks starting also from the customer’s project (with the eleboration of the design and prototype), or by following the designer’s directions.
