Spacer – Shane Sutton

I would very much like to paint a large street art piece in Venice. I have heard there is a museum in Padua for astronomy so it would be great to design a painting those influences.

This is The first of the spacer paintings in Dublin 2014. This would lead to more ‘SPACER’ art work and eventually lead to an art residency with the European Space Agency and an exhibition in Milan in 2019.
The paintings started as something to play with and get away from some oil painting. I wanted to change things around a bit. I started with stencils then did some larger work and now with the spacer persona I explore digital video, Ar, Vr painting and traditional painting including canvas and street art.
