THE FINALISTS EXHIBITION IN VENICE CLOSES ON SUNDAY, APRIL 3rd

Venice, 19 March 2016 - Sunday, April 3rd is the last day to visit the finalists exhibition of the 10th International Arte Laguna Prize, with free admission daily from 10am to 6pm.
It is a good opportunity to enter the fascinating spaces of the Arsenale, which are rarely open to the public for free, where you can still feel the bustling atmosphere of the shipyards of the Serenissima Republic. It is also an occasion to visit the sixteenth-century cloisters of the complex of San Salvador, in the Rialto area, which hosts the virtual and digital art section of the Prize, where new technologies and artistic creativity are closely intertwined.
On display 120 works of art by the finalists in the contest, coming from 35 different countries such as: Australia, Russia, New Zealand, USA, Azerbaijan, China, UK, Finland, Peru, South Korea, Poland, Taiwan as well as Italy, represented by 21 artists from the north to the south of the peninsula.
it brought to Venice over 3,000 visitors during the opening night on Saturday, March 19th, while an average of 350 people visit daily the exhibition venues. Many are the collectors who have contacted the artists for purchasing their works, and 19 collaborations between artists and international partners are about to start between 2016 and 2017.
