Special award organized as part of the 11th International Arte Laguna Prize 2017.
Promoted and developed with the Archives of Sustainability, Cà Foscari University of Venice.
Made with the support of Comieco (National Consortium for the Recovery and Recycling of Cellulose Packaging).
The tender calls for the submission of works, products and art projects extended to design, photography, video art and performance, etc. which enhance paper/cardboard and cellulose packaging as part of the RRR strategies (Reuse, Recycle, Reduce).
The judging panel will be composed as follows:
– Igor Zanti, art curator and chair of the Arte Laguna Prize jury
– Prof. Giorgio Conti, Scientific Director of the Archives of Sustainability, Cà Foscari University, Venice
– one or more delegates appointed by Comieco
Timeline:
September 27 – December 2016: call for entries period
January – February 2017: assessment of projects and selection of the winner
March 25, 2017: awards ceremony at the Venice Arsenale
April 2017: payment of the prize money to the winner
