Rabor Nova is an innovative cultural and creative park located in Dongjing, Songjiang district on the outskirts of Shanghai in China.
The aim of Rabor Nova is to create a platform for art and culture, also acting as an incubator for the integration of creativity and industry, with a strong focus on the synergy between art, digital technology and local industry.
Rabor Nova regularly hosts events and festivals and is a hub for cultural exchanges between Chinese and international artists, with a focus on promoting Chinese culture abroad.
Rabor Nova serves as a development engine for Songjiang’s cultural and creative industry through tourism and culture promotion initiatives, offering innovative and engaging urban experiences.
Rabor Nova also hosts the international art residency programme called “Art+100”, a project that aims to invite young artists from all over the world for creative stays and cultural exchanges in the Songjiang district of Shanghai.
The residency programme was created to foster exchange between the Chinese and international art scene, promoting mutual understanding and contamination between different artistic languages.
Each year, 20 young artists are selected from among candidates demonstrating a distinct propensity for innovation and independent research.
