The Social Cooperative “Il Cerchio”, established in Venice in September 1997, has been registered in the Regional Register of Social Cooperatives since 1998 and in the Register of Companies of Venice since 1997.
The ONLUS Social Cooperative Circle aims to pursue, through its activities, the general interest of the community, human solidarity, social integration of citizens and promote sustainable development in the environmental field.
In particular, the Cooperative and all its members aim to create stable employment and improve the economic, social and professional conditions of disadvantaged people, Ensuring a training course aimed at the recovery of individual consciousness in a collective context, which revolves around an effective job placement.
Concept
In a logic of solidarity and inclusion – values in which the cooperative strongly believes and, indeed, on which they are based – community plays a central role, especially considering it in its etymological meaning of the term (“living in a common environment, directed toward a shared goal”). The prison as a community is a concept that transcends the concepts themselves: the prison is part of the city (of the community, in fact), just as much as the city must consider the prison as a fundamental part of it.

Active in the municipal area of Venice, with particular focus on the historic center, we carry out: Catering and catering, Management of sports facilities, Cleaning and sanification, Maintenance of green areas, Environmental hygiene, Industrial laundry, Construction and installations, Marine storage, Porter and Watchdog, Tailor’s Workshop.
