Art and Digital talk: art and his digital developement

In the last few years new tecnologies have become protagonists in contemporary art projects changing the classic idea of the creative action. Art changes its face throught net art, software, application, videogame, augmented reality, 3D, giving to the audience an innovative experience, often interactive too.
Moreover digital media can be a new way of live, know and learn art of the past.

Igor ZantiIgor Zanti art critic, Arte Laguna Prize curator, IED Venezia director.

Igor Zanti was born in 1973 in Milan. He graduated in modern literature at the University of Milan with a thesis on the Medieval and Modern Art History about painting in fifteenth century in Lombardia.
For several years he carries out different activities as a critic and curator of contemporary art and applied arts exhibitions, in collaboration with private galleries, institutional spaces in Italy and abroad. Since 2006 is curator and head of the jury of interational Arte Laguna Prize. Artist consultant for Undergallery cultural association in Daverio (Varese) and for the International Art Club in Lugano. In 2008 he was the artistic director of the Brolo Museum - Art and Culture Centre in Mogliano Veneto (Treviso). In early 2008, he conceived the project New Art for defining and promoting the New Pop movement in Italy. He was the curator of 2009 and 2010 editions of Ceres for Art prize. In 2010 he was the co-curator of the international fair AAM supported by Arte Ispe Dixit of Como and Geneva. At the beginning of 2011, on behalf of MAE, of the Italian Embassy in India and the Italian Cultural Institute in New Delhi he was the curator of the Dadaumpop, a retrospective of italian neo pop, exhibited in Mumbai, Kolkata and New Delhi. He works on promotional project of Indian art and Italian art in collaboration with Kanchi Metha, curator of the Indian Pavillion at th Prague Biennale. He teaches Visual Communication and Contemporary Art Phenomenology at the IED College of Milan. He writes on Espoarte magazine, on Lobodilattice webzine and collaborates with InsideArt Magazine. Since 2013 he is the IED Venezia director.

Alessio Chierico Alessio Chierico, artist and researcher with theoretical background in contemporary art, design theory and media studies.

He is currently PhD candidate at Interface Culture department of Kunstuniversität Linz (AT), and graduated in the same university. Chierico has been visiting student at IAMAS Institute of Advanced Media Art and Sciences in Ogaki (JP), and former student at NABA in Milan (IT), and in the art academies of Carrara and Urbino (IT).
In the last ten years of activity he had more than sixty exhibitions, including: NTAA/Update (Ghent, BE) Flux Factory (New York, US), MAXXI (Rome, IT), Darbast Platform (Tehran, IR), Centro Luigi Pecci (Prato, IT), Roma Media Art Festival, Villa Manin (Udine, IT), ArteLaguna prize (Venice, IT), Ars Electronica festival (Linz, AT), Museu Nacional de Arte Contemporânea (Lisbon, PT), Victoria Art gallery (Bucharest, RO), MAMbo (Bologna, IT), Speculum Artium (Trbovlje, SI). Chierico regularly contributes with conferences talks and academic publications.
In 2014 Chierico won the Lab Award (Augsburg, GER) and in 2008 Milano in Digitale (Milan, IT).

Chiara Masiero Sgrinzatto dedicates herself to development of visual communication products for digital media and to the realization of virtual reality projects as partner of Officine Panottiche + Nuovostudiofactory.
She collaborates with privates and institutions as designer and consultant for complex project. Coordinator of Media Design Degree Course at IED in Venice and co-author for Terateros project.
