The sudden reaction of an animal causes a wave, whose ripples reflect on the bodies of the teenagers. The dynamics of this event leave me with an impression of déja-vu deserving a pictorial mise-en-(s)cene (French wordplay, La Cene referes to the name of the Da Vinci’s artwork : The Last Supper ).
